The twenty-fourth is the bodhisattva of the dedication reaching everywhere. The nun is named Siṃhavijṛmbhitā ('Lion Sprint'), who has entered the dharma-gate of the depths of all-knowledge of bodhisattvas. First is exhortation and instruction; second, from 'Then Sudhana' on down, entering according to the teaching; third, from 'Good son' on down, the actual entry into the dharmadhātu. In the instruction there are three [parts], as before. In the second, proceeding to enter, there are seven: first, taking leave and advancing; second, gradually arriving, which omits mindfulness of the previous dharma-gate; third, from 'Completely' on down, searching, which has two [aspects] that may be known; fourth, from 'Approaching that place' on down, seeing the marks of the environmental retribution, which has three: first, distinguishing the fruit-essence; second, explaining the cause; third, distinguishing sovereign mastery, which has three [aspects] that may be known; fifth, from 'Seeing the nun' on down, seeing the marks of the personal retribution; sixth, from 'Casting the five limbs to the ground' on down, distinguishing the ritual of respect; seventh, from 'He addressed' on down, asking questions. In the personal retribution there are three: seeing the body pervading all seats; second, from 'Seeing seated on a single seat' on down, teaching the Dharma for the assembly; third, from 'Sudhana saw' on down, concluding the wondrous marvels seen. In teaching the Dharma there are six: first, teaching the Dharma for the eight classes and heavenly kings and so forth; second, from 'Śrāvakas' on down, teaching the Dharma for the assemblies; third, from 'Initial aspiration' on down, for people of the ten bhūmis; fourth, teaching for the vajra-warriors and so forth; fifth, from 'Seeing seated thus' on down, broadly categorizing and concluding the benefits; sixth, from 'Why is this' on down, explaining the reasons. First, from the Śuddhāvāsa heavens and so forth, there are twenty-nine gates in total seeing the personal retribution. In the third text, the conclusion: the parks and groves and so forth conclude the trees and so forth above; walking and sitting and so forth conclude the pervading seats and so forth above; the great assembly and retinue conclude the great assembly and so forth above; from 'all wondrous virtues' on down concludes the teaching of Dharma and so forth above. 'All marvelous matters' generally concludes the extraordinary excellence. From 'Moreover hearing' on down concludes by praising that the above teaching of Dharma perfumes and nourishes, making body and mind supple and so forth. In the third, the actual entry into the dharmadhātu, there are two: first, his own portion of the dharma-gate; second, from 'All the great [bodhisattvas]' on down, deferring with respect to the superior portions. His own portion has four: first, stating the name of the dharma-gate; second, from 'Great Holy One, such...' on down, explaining the essence of the dharma of his own portion, first questioning, and next answering; third, from 'Great Holy One, the scope of this light of wisdom...' on down, explaining the scope of the great function of the dharma-gate, first questioning, and next answering, with the answering text having four [aspects] that may be known; fourth, from 'I only [know]' on down, concluding what is known in his own portion. In deferring with respect, first is the specific explanation, and next is the conclusion, which may be known.
