13.23

第四約一切相智分別者，論名依止觀，謂分別有支依止有二，謂依真性及依心識。此中二諦通是二依，明是大智所了之法也。

Fourth, distinguishing according to the knowledge of all aspects: the treatise names this the contemplation of reliance, meaning distinguishing that the limbs of existence have two reliances, namely relying on the true nature and relying on the mind-consciousness. Here, the two truths both constitute the two reliances, clarifying that this is a phenomenon realized by great wisdom.
