14.26

五所行者，亦三：一於十度中當力度行。二善達法器自在說法行。《莊嚴論》云「四辯自在成就眾生。」三無邊總持廣受法行。並如下文應知。

Fifth, regarding what is practiced, there are also three: First, among the ten pāramitās, it corresponds to the practice of the bala-pāramitā. Second, the practice of skillfully penetrating the vessels of the Dharma and preaching the Dharma with mastery. The *Mahāyānasūtrālaṃkāra* states: "Mastery over the four eloquences accomplishes sentient beings." Third, the practice of boundless dhāraṇī and vastly receiving the Dharma. These should all be understood as in the text below.
