初釋名者，菩薩大悲隨方攝化，應物之所名為住處，人處題名。

First, explaining the title: out of great compassion, bodhisattvas gather and transform [sentient beings] according to the directions; the places where they respond to beings are called "abodes" (zhùchù). The title is named after the persons and the places.
