16.32

九分齊門者，既此真性融遍一切故，彼所起亦具一切。分圓無際，是故分處皆悉圓滿，無不皆具無盡法界，是故遍一切時、一切處、一切法等，如因陀羅網無不具足。

Ninth, the section on scope: Since this true nature fuses and permeates everything, that which it manifests also possesses everything. There is no boundary between part and whole; therefore, wherever there is a part, it is completely perfect, with none failing to possess the inexhaustible dharmadhātu. Hence it permeates all times, all places, all dharmas, and so forth, fully endowed with everything just like Indra's net.
