二來意者，初明分來，謂前顯託法進修，今辨依人入證，義次第故，是故來也。會來品來，亦同此說。

Second, the purpose of its occurrence: first, explaining the occurrence of the section: the preceding manifested relying on dharmas to advance cultivation, while the present distinguishes relying on persons to enter realization; because the meanings are in sequence, it therefore occurs. The occurrence of the assembly and the occurrence of the chapter are also explained in the same way.
