初中有三：先舉佛所在明器世間；二「善覺知」下歎佛功德，明智正覺世間；三「與十佛土」下歎菩薩功德，辨眾生世間。

The first has three [parts]: first, adducing where the Buddha was located to explain the vessel-world; second, from "well-awakened wisdom" onward, praising the Buddha's virtues to explain the world of enlightened wisdom; third, from "together with ten Buddha-lands" onward, praising the bodhisattvas' virtues to explain the world of sentient beings.
