The third major section, from "Then the devaputras, hearing this sound…" onward, explains the presentation of offerings in accordance with the admonition, wherein there are two parts: first, presenting phenomenal offerings according to marks, also in two: first, presenting offerings in the heavenly palace and not seeing the bodhisattva, they thereupon gave rise to the view of non-existence; later, viewing and seeing Jambudvīpa, about to go and make offerings, they again gave rise to the view of existence. Second, from "Then the heavenly wonderful voice…" onward, revealing equal wisdom, wherein there are four parts: namely Dharma, simile, application, and conclusion. "Not terminating life" causes them to be free from the view of non-existence. "Not being born over there" causes them to be free from the view of existence. Because the essence is truly omnipresent, it is not seen by the eye; yet it can give rise to functions, transforming without missing the proper time. "Abandoning" and so forth concludes the departure from attachments.
