三定器者，汎論列眾有三義：一是當機、二是影響、三是寄法，今此通三也。

Third, determining the recipients: generally discussing the enumeration of the assembly, there are three meanings: 1. Those of immediate capacity; 2. The influential retinue; 3. Lodging the Dharma. Here, it encompasses all three.
