Fourth, the fragrant rivers between the oceans. This is the flowing of merits simultaneously corresponding to each and every single mind. The prose also has three parts: first, presenting their number; second, from 'all' downward, explaining their adornments; third, from 'if spoken of extensively' downward, concluding their vastness. Among the adornments, the adornment-phenomena have no differences, hence it says 'all are made with,' meaning that they all use jewel essences and jewel adornments, holy spirits gathering and wandering, light-clouds mutually reflecting, myriad forms floating and glittering. The ten phrases are obvious. Third, within concluding their vastness: since the small rivers surrounding the small oceans already have adornments equal to the dust motes of oceans of lands, this makes all that was marked increasingly manifest. The concluding text not only concerns phenomena, but in all cases is the non-obstruction between the one and the many.
