22.3

來意有二：一前序、此正故；二前辨所依佛智，此辨能依之行故。

There are two reasons for its sequence: first, the preceding was the preface and this is the main part; second, the preceding explained the Buddha's wisdom upon which one relies, and this explains the practices that rely upon it.
