Fourth, regarding the noumenon realized: due to severing the preceding obstacles, one realizes the all-pervading tathatā. That is, this tathatā is revealed by the two emptinesses, and there is not a single dharma in which it does not abide. In the Liang translation of the Mahāyānasaṃgraha it is called 'all-pervasive', because it completely pervades all conditioned formations; the intended meaning is that there is not a single dharma that is not the two emptinesses. This stage initially and particularly realizes this all-pervasiveness.
