34.18

第二顯大願成就中，先反顯、後「而眾生界」下順明無盡所以。十願同此十者，前之十願不出此十故，此十盡句增上力故。諸佛以此力，常為眾生作利益事，我願同然。上來願校量竟。

Second, in revealing the fulfillment of the great vows: first it reveals inversely, and later, from "Yet the realm of sentient beings..." onward, explains in accord the reason for their inexhaustibility. The ten vows being identical with these ten is because the former ten vows do not go beyond these ten, and because of the predominant power of these ten exhaustion-clauses. Through this power, all buddhas constantly perform deeds that benefit sentient beings, and my vows are likewise. The above collation of the vows is concluded.
