第三「自住」下明行依願起，行如誓修故。於中，初依前願以起自行、後「亦勸」下依於自行正攝眾生。

Third, from "personally abiding…" onward explains practice arising dependent on vows, because one cultivates practice in accordance with one's vows. Within this, first, depending on the previous vows, one gives rise to one's own practice; second, from "and also encourages…" onward, depending on one's own practice, one genuinely embraces sentient beings.
