4.22

第三「三世」下，福德身深廣。三世佛德昔皆遍學，今三際已斷垢習斯亡，故眾福皆淨。

Third, from "[the merits of the Buddhas of the] three periods of time" onward, [shows] the depth and breadth of the merit-body. In the past, he fully learned the virtues of the Buddhas of the three periods of time; now the three temporal boundaries have been severed and defiled habituations are extinguished, so all his merits are completely pure.
