4.23

第四「而恒」下，隨意受生。一隨他意處處受生、二隨自意能無不生，謂慈悲般若恒共相應，感而遂通，窮未來際。

Fourth, from "and constantly" onward, [shows] taking birth according to intention. First, he takes birth everywhere according to the intentions of others; second, he is able to be born everywhere according to his own intention. This means that compassion and prajñā are constantly corresponding with one another, responding [to needs] and thereby penetrating everywhere, exhausting the limits of the future.
