52.23

第七、十自在，即平等隨順一切眾生迴向中行。具十自在，能隨順故。十自在，如八地辨（已下入第五十六經）。

Seventh, the ten masteries are practice within the pariṇāmanā of impartially according with all sentient beings. Because one possesses the ten masteries, one is able to accord with them. The ten masteries are as distinguished in the eighth stage (from here on entering the fifty-sixth fascicle).
