第五指示後友中，都薩羅者，此云喜出生，謂此城中出生無量歡喜之事故。以智度圓滿，則能無所不生。友名遍行，巧智隨機，無不行故，名真實行。示外道者，能行非道故。非道不染，故曰出家。餘可知（已下六十七經）。

Fifth, pointing to the next spiritual friend: 'Tosala' means 'giving rise to joy,' meaning that in this city immeasurable joyful events are produced. Since the perfection of wisdom is complete, there is nothing it cannot produce. The spiritual friend is named Sarvagāmin (Everywhere-Faring): with skillful wisdom according with capacities, there is nowhere he does not go, hence it is called 'real practice.' Manifesting as a non-Buddhist (tīrthika) is because he can practice in non-paths. Unstained by non-paths, he is therefore said to have 'gone forth from the household life.' The rest can be understood. (From here on is fascicle 67 of the sūtra).
