6.23

七中，眾生無邊根器各異，應形說法種種不同。既根熟不休，故窮劫長現。此於畏苦不化生障得解脫。

In the seventh, sentient beings are boundless and their capacities differ; in response to them, forms are manifested and Dharma is expounded in various different ways. Since once their faculties are ripened he does not cease, he continuously appears through the exhaustion of kalpas. This attains liberation from the obstacle of fearing suffering and not transforming sentient beings.
