6.24

八中，觀一切等者，謂觀事入理，理超情表，云不思議。此於諸業報得解脫。

In the eighth, "contemplating all," and so on, means that by contemplating phenomena one enters the noumenon, and the noumenon transcends mental conceptualization, so it is said to be "inconceivable." This attains liberation from [the obstacle regarding] various karmic retributions.
