Tenth, from "constantly roaming the ten directions" onwards explains his body spreading throughout all worlds, which is contemplating the Tathāgata's virtue of manifesting the enjoyment and transformation bodies in all worlds. To show that the aforementioned benefits are all at once and universally pervasive, not performed successively, it is explained next. In the text, it first broadly distinguishes the two bodies: "constantly" relates to vertical exhaustion of time, while "pervasively" relates to horizontal breadth across the dharmadhātu of the ten directions, weaving the text back and forth. Afterwards, from "the minds of all sentient beings" onwards comprehensively reveals the virtue of manifesting marks: because nothing is impure, he does not abide in saṃsāra; because no faculty fails to be reflected, he universally manifests in the world.
