Sixth is the supernormal power of wisdom devoid of substantial nature. In the initial heading there are fourteen designations: the first one is general and pervades all, namely 'devoid of substantial nature,' while the rest are all particular. Among the particulars: 1. effortless functioning; 2. equality identical with noumenon; 3. ability to be pervasive; 4. measure difficult to know; 5. not meaning arising function based on an essence; 6. manifesting merely in accordance with a thought; 7. currently having functioning; 8. unmoving from the original location; 9. actions necessarily ultimate; 10. functioning without interruption and never severing the Buddha seed; 11. others cannot destroy it; 12. able to generate roots of goodness; 13. going to wherever directed. Among these thirteen, the first, second, fifth, and eighth are the meaning of being devoid of substantial nature, while the rest are the meaning of supernormal power; because these two are unobstructed, it receives this name. Second, from 'this bodhisattva' onwards, is the explanation of the characteristics, within which are three parts: 1. clarifying vastness, meaning that hearing the names of Buddhas of many kṣetras, one immediately sees one's body in those many kṣetras; 2. from 'those worlds' onwards, clarifying the meanings of immeasurable, non-arising, and the like, meaning that again hearing Buddha names from those Buddhas, one goes to pay homage, serve, and receive the Path without attachment; 3. from 'passing through such' onwards, clarifying the meaning of uninterruptedness, meaning that through many periods of time, essence and function are unobstructed.
