疏「故說生佛不增不減」下，二會前也。於中三：初正會、次引證、後「非約一分眾生」下揀異權宗。

Regarding the commentary's "Therefore it is said that sentient beings and buddhas neither increase nor decrease" onward, this is the second [part], reconciling with the preceding. Within this there are three: first, directly reconciling; next, adducing scriptural proof; afterwards, from "It is not in terms of a fraction of sentient beings..." onward, distinguishing it from the provisional doctrines.
