10.33

疏「九真理非事門」者，謂即事之理而非是事，以真妄異故、實非虛故、所依非能依故。如即波之水非波，以濕非動故。是則不異有之真空，空存也。

Regarding the Commentary's 'Ninth, the gate of true principle not being phenomena': this means that the principle that is identical to phenomena is nevertheless not phenomena, because the true and the false differ, the real is not the void, and that which is relied upon is not that which relies. Just as water that is identical to waves is not waves, because wetness is not motion. Thus, this is true emptiness that is not different from existence, and emptiness is preserved.
