11.28

疏「法無定性」等者，文中有三：初約大小正釋、次引證、三例釋餘法。今初也。疏「有何難哉」者，以小塵有大却如太虛，廣剎有小却如小塵。廣大之塵含於小剎，故無難也。

As for the commentary's "Dharmas have no fixed nature" and so forth: within the text there are three: first, a direct explanation in terms of large and small; next, citing scriptural evidence; third, drawing analogies to explain the remaining dharmas. Now for the first. As for the commentary's "What difficulty is there?": because a small dust mote contains the large and is yet like empty space, and an expansive land contains the small and is yet like a small dust mote. A vast dust mote contains a small land, so there is no difficulty.
