疏「若此一緣不具多一，則資應不遍不成緣起」者，第二反成也。若無十一，本一不能應餘九故。

As for the commentary's "If this single condition did not possess multiple ones, then its assistance and response would not be pervasive, and conditioned arising would not be accomplished": this is the second, proving it through the opposite. If there were not the ten-one, the original one could not respond to the remaining nine.
