As for the commentary's "This means that each and every one possesses all": this is the third, drawing analogies to the rest. Since one has ten, two, three, four, and so forth also each have ten; hence it says "each and every one possesses all," as in the simile of the ten coins. Among the inexhaustible distinct dharmas of the dharmadhātu, each and every one pervades and responds; therefore, following each and every one, it possesses the distinct dharmas of the dharmadhātu.
