11.63

疏「如一有多空既爾」下，二例多一有體也。由有多一，方詺本一為本一，故多一有體、本一無體也。多一有體故能攝本一，本一無體潛入多一也。

On the Commentary's passage starting from "Just as the one being substantial and empty is like this": second, by analogy, the manifold ones have essence. Because of the existence of the manifold ones, the fundamental one is designated as the fundamental one; therefore, the manifold ones have essence and the fundamental one lacks essence. Because the manifold ones have essence, they can assimilate the fundamental one; because the fundamental one lacks essence, it secretly enters into the manifold ones.
