疏「無盡時會」者，即第十節，謂上同類異類、若剎若塵，皆悉重重，猶如帝網，時會與法皆無盡也。

Regarding the Commentary's statement, 'assemblies across inexhaustible times,' this is the tenth section. It means that whether homogeneous or heterogeneous, whether lands or dust motes, all are manifold layer upon layer like Indra's net; the times, assemblies, and teachings are all inexhaustible.
