疏「初本部三分」者下，解釋十重三。初分中分二：先明序正、後流通。「有無」下，別釋流通。於中三：一序昔說、二序昔義、三申今解。

Regarding the Commentary's "First, the three divisions of the root text" onwards: this explains the ten sets of three. In the initial division, it divides into two: first, explaining the preface and the central [doctrine]; second, the transmission. From "presence and absence" onwards, it specifically explains the transmission. Within this are three: first, introducing past accounts; second, introducing past interpretations; third, presenting the present understanding.
