18.88

疏言「如名號品等說」者，等取〈四聖諦〉、〈光明覺品〉及〈昇忉利天宮品〉。謂遍法界虛空界，皆有百億四天下等一類相似，佛皆遍故。已如前引。其〈名號〉、〈四諦〉皆先列百億，後結周遍，皆有百億十千名等，故知皆是同類界也。下之五類，至下當見。

When the commentary says "as explained in the 'Chapter on the Names [of the Tathāgata]' and so forth," "and so forth" includes the "Chapter on the Four Noble Truths," the "Chapter on Awakening by Light," and the "Chapter on Ascending to the Palace of the Trāyastriṃśa Heaven." It means that throughout the dharmadhātu and space-realm, there are one billion sets of four continents, etc., of a single similar class, all of which the Buddha pervasively fills, as cited above. In both "Names" and "Four Truths," it first lists one billion, and then concludes with universal pervasiveness, all having one billion ten thousand names and so forth; thus we know these are all worlds of the same class. The five classes below will be seen below.
