19.45

疏「大乘同性經說」等者，經云「一甚深難知廣明地、二清淨身分威嚴不思議明德地、三善明月幢實相海藏地、四精妙金光功德神通智德地、五火輪威藏明德地、六虛空內清淨無垢焰光開相地、七廣勝法界藏明界地、八最勝普覺智藏能淨無垢遍無礙智通地、九無邊億莊嚴迴向照明地、十毘盧遮那藏海智地。」釋曰：此上十地同是佛地，約用成別，廣有其相，具如彼經。

Regarding the Commentary's words 'The Mahāyānasamānatā Sūtra says', etc.: the sūtra says, 'First, the ground of profound, hard-to-know, and extensive illumination; second, the ground of a pure body and limbs, majestically adorned with inconceivable bright virtue; third, the ground of the oceanic treasury of the true characteristic of the good, bright moon banner; fourth, the ground of the exquisite golden light of meritorious qualities, supernormal powers, and cognitive virtues; fifth, the ground of the fire-wheel majestic treasury of bright virtue; sixth, the ground of the spotless, blazing light revealing characteristics, pure within empty space; seventh, the ground of the bright realm of the extensively superior dharmadhātu treasury; eighth, the ground of the supreme universal awakening cognitive treasury, capable of purifying, spotless, everywhere unobstructed cognitive supernormal power; ninth, the ground of boundless kotis of adornments, dedicated illumination; tenth, the ground of the Vairocana treasury-ocean of cognition.' Explanation: The ten grounds above are equally Buddha grounds; differentiated in terms of function, their characteristics are extensive, fully detailed as in that sūtra.
