19.65

疏「猶懼修羅之敵」者，修羅嫉天有甘露味，諸天求修羅之女色，因起諍競，廣有因緣。

Regarding the commentary's statement, "still fearing the hostility of the asuras": the asuras envied the devas for possessing the taste of amṛta, and the devas sought the beauty of the asuras' women; thus contention arose, for which there are extensive circumstantial stories.
