19.67

疏「況受佛付囑」者，則《淨名》、《大品》等，皆屬天帝。疏「大權應為」者，小乘中說是須陀洹。若準此經，例是大權菩薩。疏「至如」下，引事證成，「堅常啼之心」，《大品般若》。「施雪山之偈」，即《涅槃》十三。「成尸毘大行」，即《方便報恩經》。「破盧志巨慳」，即《盧志長者經》。「談般若」等者，《大品》廣說。「揚大教」等者，《淨名》、《大品》等。其類非一，恐厭文繫，不能具出。

Regarding the commentary's statement, "How much more so having received the Buddha's entrustment!": this refers to texts such as the *Vimalakīrtinirdeśa* and the *Pañcaviṃśatisāhasrikā Prajñāpāramitā*, where all [entrustments] are committed to the Lord of the Devas. The commentary says, "He manifested through great provisional expedient [means]": the Hīnayāna states that he is a srotāpanna; but according to this sūtra, he is universally a bodhisattva of great provisional manifestation. The commentary below, citing events to corroborate this from "Such as" onward: "strengthening the resolve of Sadāprarudita" is from the *Pañcaviṃśatisāhasrikā Prajñāpāramitā*; "bestowing the verse on the Snowy Mountains" is from chapter 13 of the *Mahāparinirvāṇa-sūtra*; "perfecting the great practice of Śibi" is from the *Upāyakauśalya-jātaka (Fangbian bao'en jing)*; "shattering the immense stinginess of Ruci" is from the *Ruci-śreṣṭhi-sūtra*; "discussing prajñā", and so forth, is extensively explained in the *Pañcaviṃśatisāhasrikā Prajñāpāramitā*; "proclaiming the great teaching", and so forth, is in the *Vimalakīrtinirdeśa*, the *Pañcaviṃśatisāhasrikā Prajñāpāramitā*, and others. Cases like these are not singular; fearing tedious proliferation of the text, they cannot be cited in full.
