20.26

疏「尚不依佛」者，意同前義，入理觀佛恐懷觀心，更造業思特違至理。

The commentary's "They do not even rely on the Buddha": the meaning is identical to the preceding: entering the contemplation of the Buddha through principle, they fear harboring a contemplating mind; all the more so would generating karmic thoughts be an egregious contradiction of ultimate principle.
