疏「第九會明稱性因果」者，謂既證法界，則異前八，前八但明於信及解行故。

Regarding the commentary's statement, "The ninth assembly clarifies causes and effects that accord with nature": this means that since the dharmadhātu has already been realized, it is distinct from the previous eight [assemblies], because the previous eight only clarified faith, understanding, and practice.
