23.40

疏「或說四種」者，即〈十藏品〉辯，謂一一切智無畏、二漏盡無畏、三出障道、四出苦道。

Regarding the commentary's "Or four kinds are spoken of": this is explained in the "Ten Treasuries" chapter, namely: first, the fearlessness of omniscient cognition; second, the fearlessness of destruction of the defilements; third, [the fearlessness of explaining] the path of overcoming obstructions; fourth, [the fearlessness of explaining] the path of ending suffering.
