23.45

疏「十通唯局菩薩」者，欲生下六通，通二乘故。六謂天眼、天耳、他心、宿住、神境、漏盡。

Regarding the commentary's "The ten superknowledges are restricted solely to bodhisattvas": this is to give rise to the six superknowledges below, because they are shared with the two vehicles. The six are the divine eye, divine ear, knowing others' minds, past lives, divine powers, and destruction of defilements.
