疏「若約通說」下，二釋通。約所行法位位同修，即是通義。隨約一人遍歷諸位皆修此十，即是竪論一切菩薩。

In the commentary, from "If spoken of generally..." downward, the second part explains the general. In terms of the dharmas practiced being cultivated alike in every stage, this is the general meaning. Following any single person who traverses through all the stages and cultivates these ten, this is vertically considering all bodhisattvas.
