疏「又前問總該諸會」等者，此有二意，唯問於三：一以要攝廣故；二明總別不同故，總即廣問、別故唯三。

Regarding the Commentary's statement, "Furthermore, the previous questions comprehensively cover all assemblies," and so forth: this has two senses in asking about only three [matters]. First, because the essential subsumes the extensive. Second, because of clarifying that general and specific are different: the general is the extensive inquiry, while the specific is why there are only three.
