25.40

疏「又此品明成剎之緣」等者，前釋對二種來意中前義，此釋對後義。此品成剎之緣，具果具因，故後品唯果。

Regarding the Commentary's statement, "Furthermore, this chapter clarifies the conditions for forming realms," and so forth: the previous explanation addressed the former of the two meanings regarding the reason for appearance; this explanation addresses the latter meaning. The conditions for forming realms in this chapter encompass both fruit and cause, whereas the subsequent chapter is exclusively the fruit.
