第二廣陳本義。疏「智猶難測」下，分三：初總難、二「然上十事」下料揀、三釋文。二中三：初以十對剎、二以十對種、三以十對海。初中四：一正對。二「有云」下，敘昔，即《刊定》意。三「則違」下，辯違。四「若依」下，結過。謂盡世界海皆作無差別，故剎海中無差別事。餘可知。

Second, extensively setting forth the fundamental meaning. The commentary's text from "Cognition is still difficult to fathom..." onward has three parts: first, a general objection; second, from "However, regarding the above ten matters..." onward, a critical appraisal; third, explaining the text. Within the second, there are three parts: first, correlating the ten to kṣetras; second, correlating the ten to species; third, correlating the ten to oceans. In the first, there are four parts: 1. Directly correlating them. 2. From "Some say..." onward, recounting the past [interpretation], which is the view of the Kanding ji. 3. From "Then it contradicts..." onward, arguing the contradiction. 4. From "If one relies..." onward, concluding the fault. This means that throughout all oceans of world systems, all are made undifferentiated, so within the ocean of kṣetras there is no undifferentiated phenomenon. The rest can be understood.
