27.26

疏「一正定等」者，謂等取邪定、不定聚故。「善惡等」者，等取無記。三總收為二。四「二位」下，融而為一。

Regarding the Commentary's “First, the right determination, etc.”: this includes, by “etc.”, the groups of wrong determination and indeterminate nature. As for “wholesome, unwholesome, etc.”: this includes, by “etc.”, the indeterminate. The third brings them together into two. The fourth, from “the two states” onwards, fuses them into one.
