疏「三順機感者」，文中分六：一標章；二躡前起後；三「其猶」下，約喻顯相；四「故兜率」下，引經證成；五「廣顯」下，指略在廣；六「然此」下，揀定於機。言「今之聞者是未來機」者，望說經時是未來故。故〈發菩提心品〉中，十方法慧同白佛言：「我等悉當護持此法，令未來世一切菩薩未曾聞者皆悉得聞。」亦是未來機也。

Regarding [the passage in] the Commentary: "Third, according with the capacity of the faculties": the text is divided into six parts: first, indicating the heading; second, taking up what preceded to initiate what follows; third, from "It is like" onward, revealing the characteristics through an analogy; fourth, from "Hence in Tuṣita" onward, citing sūtra texts to substantiate it; fifth, from "Extensively revealing" onward, pointing out that what is abridged here is found at length there; sixth, from "However, this" onward, determining the intended faculties. The phrase "those who hear it now are the faculties of the future" means that looking forward from the time the sūtra was preached, they belong to the future. Thus, in the chapter 'Arousing the Bodhicitta,' the Dharma-Wisdom [Bodhisattvas] of the ten directions together addressed the Buddha, saying: 'We shall all protect and maintain this Dharma, causing all bodhisattvas of future ages who have never heard it before to hear it completely.' These are likewise the faculties of the future.
