3.51

疏「法界無生」等者，就法顯實也。有生則屬三世，便即有時。無生則無三世剎那，安有時分？故〈出現品〉云「真如離妄恒寂靜，無生無滅普周遍」等。

Regarding the Commentary's 'The dharmadhātu is unproduced' and so forth: this reveals reality with respect to phenomena. If there is production, it pertains to the three times, and then there is time. If there is no production, there are no three times or kṣaṇas; how could there be divisions of time? Thus the 'Manifestation Chapter' says: 'Tathatā is free from falsehood and ever tranquil, / Without production or cessation, universally pervading,' and so forth.
