30.37

疏「又此一偈即四無所畏」者，謂光明遍清淨偈，無畏有四：一一切智無畏、二漏盡無畏、三出障道無畏、四出苦道無畏，至〈十藏品〉當釋。唯十力智在第三。約法以顯中，即百四十功德具矣。

Regarding the commentary's: "Furthermore, this one stanza is the four fearlessnesses": this refers to the stanza "Radiance is universally pure." Fearlessness is fourfold: first, fearlessness of all-knowledge; second, fearlessness of the destruction of outflows; third, fearlessness of declaring obstacles; fourth, fearlessness of declaring the path to the end of suffering. These will be explained in the "Ten Treasuries Chapter." Only the wisdom of the ten powers is in the third. In revealing it in terms of phenomena, the one hundred and forty qualities are complete.
