Regarding the commentary's: "Therefore the Mahāprajñāpāramitā states: 'Awakening to the autonomous nature of dharmas'" onward: this is from the "Mañjuśrī Section," as cited before. "Furthermore, the mind is free from stirring and wavering" is also from this sūtra. Just after it comes the "Nāgaśrī Section." Nāga means dragon; this is Nāgaśrī Bodhisattva. Mañjuśrī Bodhisattva wished to enter the city to beg for alms, and Nāgaśrī asked: "I wish to enter the city to make the rounds begging for alms for the sake of sentient beings." Mañjuśrī said: "Go as you wish. However, when walking, do not raise your foot, do not lower your foot, do not bend, do not stretch, do not give rise to mind, do not raise prapañca, do not produce thoughts of roads, thoughts of cities, or thoughts of large, small, male, or female. Why is this? Bodhi is far removed from all thoughts, without high or low, without coiling or extending, the mind cut off from stirring and wavering, words oblivious of prapañca, devoid of measure." Here, only the latter pair is used.
