31.31

疏「二法中」下，第二釋法。文中三：初總、次「初中」下別、後「正由此義」下結。妄法有即非有，是初義。隱即非隱，是第二義，以正為事隱之時而有所依故。以非隱為隱，即第三義，理常現故。

Regarding the Commentary's statement starting with "In the second, the dharmas": this is second, explaining the dharmas. In the text there are three parts: first, a general explanation; next, from "In the first" downward, a specific explanation; later, from "precisely due to this meaning" downward, a conclusion. Deluded dharmas existing being precisely non-existing is the first meaning. Being hidden being precisely not hidden is the second meaning, because when they are hidden by phenomena, they have that upon which they depend. Taking non-hidden as hidden is the third meaning, because the principle is ever manifest.
