32.27

疏「無別我人」下，釋第四句，然有二意：一破我執者，即人也；二「又識外」下，破於法執。「言以此者」，言通一切法。

From the commentary's "There is no separate self or person" downward, it explains the fourth line, which has two meanings: first, refuting the attachment to a self, which is the person; second, from "Furthermore, outside of consciousness..." downward, refuting the attachment to dharmas. "Saying 'By means of this'" refers universally to all dharmas.
