疏「又欲言其實」下，二別釋，亦約理釋。以理圓言偏，言不及故。以實非實等相即相奪，一一圓融，理致包含故。

Regarding the commentary's "Furthermore, wishing to speak of its reality" and what follows, the second part specifically explains it, and is also explained in terms of principle. This is because principle is complete while words are one-sided, so words fall short. It is because real, non-real, and so forth mutually identify and mutually displace one another, each and every one being thoroughly integrated, and the principle contains them all.
